Bark ‘n Yapp’s 2nd Annual Howloween Pup Parade & Costume Contest took place on Sunday, October 29 from 1:00 – 3:00 and from all accounts it was a HUGE success! Through the participants and sponsors, Bark ‘n Yapp was able to help raise over $550 for Just Paws Animal Rescue.
CityPlace the new home for Howloween 2017
This year saw the participants really go all out to try ands out do me and my sister. I was there in my trusty donut outfit and she was sporting here new super scary “Black Swan” tutu (well, not really that scary when you think about it.
Bark ‘n Yapp went all to this year and worked with a couple of restaurants in the area, so that our hoomans could get some snacks while everybody watching was ooh’ing and aaah’ing over all the cool dog costumes. Big woof out to Fox and Fiddle, Macho Radio Bar, Hunters Landing and Tim Hortons
Each of us pups also got an AMAZING loot bag full of really cool stuff that we could all use, like breath spray and poop bags. The Bark ‘n Yapp folks really understand a pups needs. There were also some great prizes for best small, medium and large dog, as well as pup and hooman costumes. All these great companies supplied products and services.
No camera shy pups here….
Check out some of the great shots from the event. So many wonderful outfits. I can hardly wait for next year. Maybe mom and dad can spring for a new outfit for me. 😉
